Weeks 15–16 · Formative portfolio review (P1–P3) and tutorial
All MLOs AIAS 2 for revision planning
Why now? You get targeted feedback on P1–P3 before your trial window, so you have time to act on it.
Week 15: submit to the formative drop-box (Sun 23:59 UK)
- P1–P3 drafts (up to 2,500 words plus the artefact)
- Your AI-use declaration so far
- A 150-word "feedback response" note on earlier comments
- One question you want answered in your tutorial
What Daniel does (within 7 working days)
- Reads your drafts against the rubric. You get three personal things: what works, the one most important change, and a feed-forward line to P4 and Educational Research. A short video or audio note is added where it helps.
- Checks the AI declaration against the work. Questions are raised in the tutorial, not as accusations.
- Offers an extra tutorial to anyone without a draft or below the pass standard.
Week 16: 20-minute Teams tutorial (book in the Calendar)
| Min | Focus |
|---|---|
| 0–3 | Your question |
| 3–10 | The one most important change, with an example of "better" |
| 10–16 | P4 evaluation plan: measures, any comparison, ethics |
| 16–20 | You summarise your next actions; Daniel notes them in Canvas |
Async route. Choose a feedback dialogue in submission comments (written or audio, two rounds within the week), or book a slot between 07:30 and 21:00 UK, including one weekend slot. A written P4 evaluation-plan template replaces the live planning section.
AI. You may use AI at AIAS 2 to plan your revisions, but not to rewrite reflective sections.

Feedback is in plain English with key terms glossed. You can record the tutorial for your own use, or bring a short written summary instead of speaking first.
